Order Processing
Order processing can take between 2 and 3 working days due to high volume processing once payment has been cleared in our bank account. Our system will update and send you an email as the order progress.

  • Once you have placed your order on our website you will receive an confirmation email providing you with our banking details and order information (Invoice). You can print your invoice for your records.
  • Once your payment has been cleared in our bank account you will receive an update email regards your order status.
  • Once your order has been dispatched from our premisses you will receive an update email providing you with the information that your order has been dispatched including the courier track and trace information.
  • Track and Trace details are usually available on the courier website after 6:00 PM the same day as we dispatched your order.
